- Payment methods: The transaction is done
directly between the customer and the delivery intermediary responsible for
delivering orders, and payment is made in local currency or US dollars.
- Refund Policy: We have a partial or full
refund policy or product exchange in case of manufacturing defects or damage
during delivery, provided that the product is in its original condition and
unused to qualify for a refund.
Full
refund: will be processed within 24 hours from the date of purchase,
provided that the product is in its original condition and accompanied by the
purchase invoice.
Partial
refund: will be issued if there is a minor defect or damage that does
not affect the product's functionality, and the customer decides to keep the
item and request compensation. The refund amount will be determined based on
the condition, not exceeding 30%.
Product
exchange:
Customers can exchange the product for another item of the same, lower, or
higher value, provided that the request is made within 24 hours from the date
of purchase and the product is in its original condition.
- The
customer is responsible for any price difference and shipping costs.
